个人简介:
本科、硕士毕业于中国药科大学,博士毕业于best365网页版登录(其间在美国哈佛大学医学院进行一年的博士课题研究),2011年在中科院上海药物所进修。主持1项国家自然科学基金项目和2项广西自然科学基金,参与国家自然科学基金项目、广西自然科学基金重点项目等多个项目。发表SCI论文二十多篇,申请国家发明专利2项,并已授权。
教学和科研成果:
首次构建了可精准区分肿瘤细胞和正常细胞的双重肝靶向荧光探针,获得了可检测肝脏内低浓度次氯酸根离子的双靶荧光探针,研制了可检测肝脏线粒体微量H2S(与肝硬化等有关)的肝靶向荧光探针,构建了一系列可检测肝细胞及细胞器内Fe离子(与肝脏疾病、肿瘤等有关)的靶向荧光探针等,这些靶向诊断探针具有一定的临床应用前景。首次合成了半乳糖-生物素双靶脂质材料及半乳糖-吗啉双靶载体材料,并制备了相应的载抗肿瘤药物的靶向脂质体,该脂质体具有优良的体内肝靶向性及抗肿瘤效果。
